No, the reason you had a reaction was due to the nickel content in the jewellery. Our jewellery is 925 sterling silver and does not contain nickel.

You can return it to us for an exchange or gift certificate. Alternatively, the purchaser can claim a full refund within 7 days of receipt.

We quote sizes in UK and US measurements. If you are unsure of your size you can go to any jewellers and ask them to measure your finger, they will do this free of charge, or if you have a ring to measure against, you can use our Ring Sizer.
Here are some simple steps you can take to prolong the shine and sparkle of your jewellery.
We use Royal Mail for our domestic and international delivery services. Our Standard UK service is Royal Mail 'Signed For' delivery but is not guaranteed next day. Our Express UK service is Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' requiring a signature and guaranteed next day before 1.00pm.
We hope that you will be more than happy with your choice but we understand that when buying jewellery the need to try it on is really important.
We will give you a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of your goods so you can be sure that you made the right choice. Just contact us by email or telephone and we will send you a returns form, fill out the form and return the item in its original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. The postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
Unfortunately we cannot extend this policy to pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons so choose wisely.
Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.
We guarantee all our items for 28 days from receipt, if a manufacturing defect is found within this time please notify us immediately.
In all cases a replacement or full refund including postage will be offered.
